Orders are ONLY shipped out on Business Days. Business days include Mon-Fri, and do not include Weekends (Sat-Sun), Public Holidays, or Announced Vacation Times.Shipping times are ESTIMATES AND APPROXIMATES ONLY. We try our best to stick to our usual turn-around times, however unprecedented delays may occur. In the case of a significant delay, we will be sure to contact you as far in advance as possible. Please be aware of possible delays around important dates such as Holiday Season (November-December), Election Season, and Covid-19 impacts.Once packages are shipped via Shipping Carrier, we no longer have control or access to your package. For the exact ETA of your packages after it is shipped with the Shipping Carrier, please refer to your Tracking# located in your Shipping Confirmation Email. Please do NOT inquire about your order status if you are still within your shipping window. If you are curious about your Order Status, please follow the chart below. We do NOT offer refunds for failure to review our Shipping and Tracking policy prior to purchasing. We purchase all specs immediately after all orders are placed, therefore refunds CANNOT be issued.

Business Days Include:

M-F 9am-6pm, and exclude Saturday & Sundays, Public Holidays, and Out-Of-Office Dates. Orders will NOT ship out on non-business days, nor are these days calculated as days in your shipping window. Business will resume the next Business Day.

•Lost, Stolen and/or Damaged Packages•

wigs4youjax.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Any order disputes regarding lost or stolen packages WILL be backed with proof of purchase, as well as wigs4youjax.com store policies.

•Shipping Delays•

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. •Domestic Shipping •

Yes! We ship outside of the U.S. International Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout, and turnaround times are the same of our Domestic Shipping Policy.
